In the beginning there were reservations regarding whether the process or approach would work, however as the time went by, we were beginning to see a path growing. Also it was very exciting to find many like minded people in the organisation. Personally helped in “out of the box” thinking and approaching everything with a very positive attitude. OPEN PROGRAM - PERSONAL VISION,MISSION & VALUES · I guess I HAVE to share this with you. For the first time I did not take something I didn't like with a 'chalta hai' attitude and in fact stood my ground and fought back{ by my standards} with someone I know. I could do it and survive to tell the tale (instead of feeling like a low down creature) and that is sufficient to put me on a high, that I am sure is going to power my next confrontation- Beware, ABC is around!! It's a great feeling, and.....!! The program was good in that it allowed me to introspect into what I truly wanted in the personal vision for my life. This is not possible due to the time constraints because of the daily grind of life. The pace of the program was good. Not too fast and not too slow. That allowed the stuff Sridhar talked about to sink in. The interactive sessions were good because I think a lot of energy came out precisely due to the interactions between various people. I would have liked more of the Symbolic Model stuff that Sridhar did. I would be interested in a follow-up session based on when it was and how much it costs. · Great- subtly brought me to my "PVMV" through reflection, group activity and introspection. The design, easy pace of the workshop and the non intrusive style of the facilitator were the catalysts. The symbolic modeling demo helped me too. · I actually started to reply to all 2 days ago but left it in the drafts folder as i was at a loss for words to write... I then realised I had lost touch with what happened during the workshop.  For almost 7 - 10 days after the workshop, everything was fresh and alive in my mind... and then slowly it was getting replaced with the conflicts / obstacles that I was facing in my life.  So yesterday I went back to my notes (from the workshop) to renew them. After that, I promised myself that I'll be in touch, some way or the other, with the learnings, the people and everything else from the workshop :-). As to the feedback on the workshop, personally, I gained a lot from it. The group was good, the pace was good, the ambience was good and the design / content were good. I believe that the dynamics of the group has a lot to do with the success of the programme have already recommended some of my friends to attend this and as soon as I have more information from Sarita / Sridhar, I will forward it to them. And I am looking forward to the follow up workshop too :-).
